Ontario has provided homeowners the ability to install their own Solar PV Systems and sell all the generated power back to the Utility for a contractual 20 years!

Would you be interested in:

- A low risk, high return investment spanning 20 years?
- Increasing the resale value of your home by making it an income property?
- Having full monitoring capabilities to watch your investment perform?
- Product warranties that last as long as the contract offered?

This opportunity allows homeowners to make an investment which serves as a long-term, high return asset. During the first few years of the program, homeowners have seen simple Returns on Investment (ROI) as high as 16%!
Imagine paying off your investment in less than 10 years, providing you 10 additional years of extra revenue?
Not everyone is a candidate for solar due to the details required for maximum production. There is usually only one place on every property (whether it be a rooftop or ground-mount system) which would yield the highest solar production. A south-facing roof, with no less than a 5/12 roof pitch would provide the ideal location. Depending on the type of home you may have a North-South roofline, an East-West roofline, or a section of roof facing in each direction. There are cases where the rooftop section is ideal for solar, but obstructions such as trees or buildings greatly prohibit production. A site assessment can determine all of these factors. We will show you whether or not the proposed location will be worth investing in.

Sunario Solar can provide you or your business with the following Solar PV Services:

Current News (January 2012)
At this point the OPA (Ontario Power Authority) is reviewing it's pricing structure for the next year of the program. The pricing changes are based on keeping the rates in line with the current costs of obtaining the product. Ontario has adapted something referred to as Provincial/Domestic content. This is a percentage based system mandating that a specific portion of the overall system must be manufactured/assembled in Ontario. This rule was to help provide jobs in Ontario, as well as making it the leader for renewable energies in Canada.
We are currently awaiting the new proposed rates; at which time we will know how feasible investing in PV will be. The goal of the program was to offer clients an ROI between 11-13%,
so if they retain that goal than it is certainly a wise investment.

We will be updating as soon as we have word of the new rates! Check back often!

Please provide as much information as possible. Not all questions can be answered, as some of the information is for customers who have already submitted contracts. For those without an OPA application, we will eventually need all of this info to proceed with registering with the OPA.
